Delivery and Collection

The delivery and collection of your goods will be made to/from the physical address that you provide on your commercial invoice, the shippers letter of instruction or our Online booking form.

To ensure that delivery is made to your desired destination you must ensure that all the details are correct and be sure to include the name of recipient, street address, post or zip code, state or province and contact telephone number and email address. 

Our service is door to door delivery and you are not required to collect the shipment yourself from the destination depot, unless we have first advised you of this requirement at the time of sending the goods.

If delivery is attempted and the business or address for delivery is closed or unattended, then a card will be left by our service agent for your customer, indicating to make contact with the service agent to arrange later delivery.

Customs duties and taxes, if deemed applicable, are payable by the receiver at destination and these would be additional to the transport charge already incurred.

If you would like these charges to be met by you as the shipper we can arrange this prior to shipment against a written request.

All shipments are tracked door to door and you will be notified via email directly as to the progress of your consignment.
